Returns:
You can return or exchange a faulty product within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery. If you decide to exchange or return the product, contact us by e-mail. by mail: info@arelostudios.com Buyer pays return shipping costs for returned or exchanged items.
Only the amount of money paid for the product is returned to the buyer. If the goods are made according to the Buyer's individual order or obviously customized for him, they cannot be exchanged and cannot be returned (the money paid for such goods will not be returned to the Buyer).
A refund/exchange is possible if the item:
